On 30th August Helen and I completed the Ride Essex 2026 Classic route, a 68 mile sportive bike ride around Essex.

We are raising money for Action Medical Research, a UK-wide charity funding vital research to help sick and disabled babies and children. They fight for answers that can lead to cures, treatments and medical breakthroughs for some of the toughest fights our children face.
