In August 2022 I undertook to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society and thanks to amazing people like you I managed to raise over £1,000. As a result I received a medal and a t-shirt which I wore with pride.

As you may know, in October 2023, after a lengthy period of assessment I received a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease myself which, as you can imagine, came as something of a shock. I have decided to do all that I can to stave off the progression of the condition for as long as possible.

To that end, I'd like to undertake the same challenge this year. I'll cycle as much as I can and will aim for at least 150 miles during August. I would be very grateful if you could consider sponsoring me again (or if I failed to 'recruit' you last time, maybe you could give your support this time round).
