Story
We sadly lost my father-in-law, Roger, to pancreatic cancer in early February. Joe, Anna and myself are raising funds for Pancreatic Cancer Action in the hope that we can improve early diagnosis and save many lives. Roger lived in Leeds all of his life, and so it’s only right that we run the Leeds Marathon and Half Marathon in his memory. xx
Pancreatic Cancer Action is the only UK charity dedicated to saving lives through early diagnosis.
Pancreatic cancer is the 5th biggest cancer killer and the 10th most common cancer in the UK. In the UK, 93% of all patients die within 5 years of diagnosis.
Your vital support means we can continue to raise awareness of the symptoms to ensure early diagnosis and enable life-saving treatment.
Together, we will save lives.
