As some of you know, in September 2024 I was taken ill with necrotising pancreatitis.

I had a nine week stay in Russells Hall hospital and lost 60% of my pancreas and 4 and half stone, I was very lucky to survive.

So, in September, me and my friends Andy and Keanan will be walking up Snowdonia to raise money for 'GUTS', it's a small charity and needs all the money it can get.

Whatever you can afford to donate, no matter how small will be kindly appreciated.
