In March 2024 I completed my first Hyrox event in Copenhagen, I wanted to do this for Macmillan, however being honest I felt the pressure of doing my first ever Hyrox and doing it for charity.

Now I am ready to accept that challenge, and on November the 16th I will compete in the Dublin Hyrox and could not think of a better charity to do it for.

Macmillan is an amazing charity, I will not do them justice if I try to explain why, or even the amazing services they offer. If you are not aware of who they are or what they do, I would encourage you to get out their details below.

Facing, and fighting Cancer is impossible to prepare for, and hopefully you never need to. If you do however, or if you have, I am sure you will understand the power of the support offered by charities such as Macmillan. They are nothing sure of amazing.
