Over the next few months I will be taking part in four separate events to raise money for charity and challenge myself.

Theses event are listed below in the order that they will be undertaken.

* Wolverhampton 10 km run

* Round the Wrekin 100 km bike ride

* Blenheim Palace Triathlon (750m lake swim, 20km bike, 5.4km run)

* Bournemouth Pier to Pier Swim

(2.25km open water swim in the English Channel)

All money raised will be donated to Compton Care
