Dementia is so close to my team's hearts. My father is currently in Wing View Care Centre, and my teammate Nick's father had end of life in High Wycombe & his step-father also had Alzheimer's. Phil & Tim are also closely affected by relatives with dementia.

So Dementia UK have a "Play 36 holes of golf in a day" challenge. But we wanted to push the bar even higher to try to raise more - so we are doing 45 holes of golf in a day in the gruelling August heat. For 4 "typically unathletic" middle aged men one round of golf is a challenge let alone this!
