JP Corry's ESG committee is stepping up to the challenge as we join with Business In The Community and Cancer Focus for their Big Shop Showdown.

With a commitment to making a difference, we're diving into a whirlwind of fundraising activities aimed at supporting a cause close to our hearts.

But that's not all – we're seizing the opportunity to take over the reins of a Cancer Focus shop for an entire day, immersing ourselves in the frontline of charitable efforts.

As part of fundraising for Cancer Focus committee member, Simon Corry, is taking on a huge challenge - running 10 of the Belfast parkruns in ONE DAY!

I was looking for a novel way of raising money for CANCER FOCUS NI and came up with the the idea of combining my love(hate) relationship of running with Parkruns.

5km wasn't much of a challenge to raise sponsorship, so realising there were 10 different Parkruns in Belfast, I came up with the stupid idea of running all 10 in 1 day, a mere 50km or 31 miles! That is 1.2 marathons.

So please dig deep and help incentivise me to make it round all 10 Parkruns, every pound will make a huge difference to Cancer Focus NI. Thanks
