On 12th July, I’ll be taking on the Mendip Classic — a challenging 77-mile cycle ride — to raise funds for Alzheimer’s Research UK, the UK’s leading dementia research charity.

I’ll be joined by three friends, James, Alex and Dan, as we tackle steep climbs, including the notorious Cheddar Gorge. It promises to be a real test of endurance, but we’re determined to give it our all for an important cause.

As a former researcher now working on behalf of a charitable organisation, I appreciate just how vital donations are in enabling ground-breaking research to take place. Your support will help drive the development of new treatments and earlier ways to diagnose dementia, work that can truly change patients' lives.
