Story

In memory of a beloved father, we are embarking on a heartfelt journey to re-create a sponsored cycle that he participated in back in 1972. This event, organised by a dedicated group of doctors, ODPs, and nurses, will see us cycling 69 miles around the beautiful Cotswolds on September 6th, 2025. Our mission is to raise vital funds for the Cheltenham General Hospital and Gloucestershire Royal Intensive Care Trust, ensuring that the exceptional care provided by our local hospitals continues to thrive. We are being supported by Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital to complete this challenge, as we all either have previously or currently work for the trust and the Nuffield.

This cause is close to our hearts as it represents not only the legacy of a remarkable individual but also the ongoing need for support in our healthcare system. The Intensive Care Units play a crucial role in saving lives and providing comfort during some of the most challenging times. By contributing to this campaign, you are advocating for those who rely on these essential services and helping us honor a cherished memory.

We invite you to join us in this meaningful endeavor. Your generous donations will directly support the charity and make a significant impact on patient care. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast, and secure; your details are safe with them. Together, let’s make a difference and reach our target of £500 for this noble cause. Thank you for your support!
