Simon Glew is raising money for Rockinghorse Children's Charity

Brighton Marathon 2025 · 6 April 2025 ·

Rockinghorse is a Brighton-based charity which has been supporting children for over 50 years. It was set up in 1967 by Dr Trevor Mann to improve healthcare services for sick children and babies. The charity fundraises for items for every child's treatment, from toys to life-saving equipment.

Story

At The Hove Practice, we’re passionate about the health and wellbeing of the children and families in our local community.

As a family-focused healthcare practice with a strong background in paediatric care, we're proud to support a cause that’s very close to our hearts: Rockinghorse Children's Charity.

Rockinghorse does incredible work, supporting babies, children, and young people - along with their families - at The Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital, The Trevor Mann Baby Unit in Brighton, and specialist children’s wards and baby units across Sussex.

Since 1967, they’ve helped nearly a million children with lifesaving medical equipment, family support, dedicated spaces for children, and additional specialist staff. With your support, they can reach even more children and families in need.

To raise vital funds for this amazing local charity - and to mark our relocation to new high-street premises in Church Road, Hove - Dr. Simon Glew is taking part in the Brighton Marathon 2025.

Every donation, big or small, truly makes a difference. Please join us in supporting Rockinghorse and help change a life today.
