Walking the coastline of Malta, Gozo and Comino · 19 March 2024

VA has been helping veterans in crisis since 1932, regardless of age, ethnicity, faith, rank or length or service. Uniquely, it takes immediate action when homelessness, debt, addiction or social isolation threatens to destroy a life. Important to read: http://www.veterans-aid.net/support-us/

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

After spending 24 years serving in the British Army (Simon), I consider myself one of the lucky Veterans, I have a business and a roof over my head.

Some Veterans are not so lucky, they have nowhere to call home.

Veterans Aid is a great Charity that helps Veterans in crisis by helping to try and eradicate homelessness for ex service men and women.

Over the years, even when serving, I raised awareness and money for this cause and I will carry on doing so in the hope many more Veterans get help.

Myself and my friend Matt will be walking the entire coastline of Malta (where I now live), Comino and Gozo and will be sleeping out under the stars.

We will leave from the Whyte Heart in Bugibba on 19th March and plan to end up back there for a well deserved pint at the end!

We will post updates on route!

Please give as much as you can to make the blisters worthwhile.

Many thanks

Simon and Matt
