The Mental Health Foundation is the UKs charity for everyone's mental health.

With prevention at the heart of what they do, the Mental Health Foundation aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.

I am going to complete and challenge myself to do 150 miles on the bike, running or walking during the week. Mental health means a lot to me and any donations going to a mental health charity that could help people, would mean a lot.
