Last year I ran the Fun Run to raise campaign money in the fight to save Castle Fields from development.

In September 2025 Berkhamsted Castle Trust bought the fields with the help of a generous, interest free £500k loan. Under their ownership, the fences and gates erected to define building plots for auction that restricted access and blighted this beautiful open land were removed. This was a great victory, however we are only halfway on our journey as critically the loan needs to be repaid.

This year I'm running again, upping the challenge by taking on the Half Marathon. With your help we can make a contribution towards saving these fields from development for the people of Berkhamsted today and for future generations.
