We are members of the Hurstpierpoint College Senior Prep School team who are walking in support of the Evelina London Children's Charity. In June last year, one of our pupils was taken seriously ill with Sepsis. He was admitted to the Evelina Children's Hospital where he spent the next five months fighting for his life. It is a battle that he won through his tremendous courage, resilience and the love and support he received from his family and of course the incomparable care of the Evelina. We, as a community, marvel at this individual every day and are doing this to show our support for him, his family and the people who saved his life!
