It's a devastating reality: cancer touches us all. We all know someone whose life has been cut short or irrevocably altered by this merciless disease.

Our beautiful, fun-loving best friend Posey was snatched from us in June 2023 by breast cancer. She was just 47. In an instant, our lives were shattered, leaving a void that can never truly be filled.

Cransley Hospice in Kettering became Posey's sanctuary in her final days. The staff were more than caregivers; they were beacons of comfort and support. Their compassion and empathy provided a lifeline during our darkest hours. For their unwavering kindness, we will be eternally grateful.

This Sunday marks our 16th year of pounding the pavement in the Great South Run, and our second year of fundraising to combat cancer. This time, every penny donated will go directly to Cransley Hospice, ensuring other families receive the same exceptional care that comforted us in our time of need.
