Hi All

I wasn't going to make a big thing of this, but it feels like a great opportunity to raise some money for an amazing charity.

I will be (attempting to) run the Lake District Ultra Marathon in June and to encourage me to make it across the finish line, I thought raising some money would help.

I'm currently working with Wigwam on another project so I have recently learned about all the amazing things they do for local families (260 no less)!

Wigwam is a local charity founded in 1999 by parents to offer friendship, support and advice to other parents, families and friends who have, or are involved with, a child with a special need.

Every child is unique and each family has a different experience.

The families Wigwam support have children with a wide range of special needs, some with a diagnosis and some without. It doesn’t matter to Wigwam what a child's condition is, they welcome any family or friend who would like friendship, support and/or advice.
