Our mission is to empower the people we support to lead more connected, fulfilled lives and make informed life choices.

Camphill Village Trust supports adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health challenges. We support people in their home life, work, social and cultural activities through our 10 urban and rural communities and services in England.

I've set this challenge as a personal goal that I have considered for a long time. It is partly in memory of my wife Erica and I will also be making a donation to St. Mungo's, which was one of her favourite charities. But I also thought "Why not tap up friends and family for a good cause?" I have supported CVT for many years and truly believe in the work they do.

So I'm giving it a go! Who knows if I'll succeed? My crack back up team of Journalist John and Travis the truck will be posting a blog on Instagram daily, so if you wish to follow progress log onto the Instagram page 'Omilskinner'. If nothing else it will be entertaining.

By the way, the question I am asked most often is "Is it an electric bike?". Cheek! It is powered by twin reciprocating legs.
