In October I'm taking on the Traws Eryri, a 200km mountain bike ride in Wales.

I'm riding in support of The Wingate Centre, an amazing local charity based in Wrenbury which helps people with SEND to be active, improve their health, their mental wellbeing and to grow in confidence.

The ride will be four tough days in the saddle, starting in Macynlleth and finishing in Conwy on the north coast.
