24hr challenge , 7 June 2024
In memory of Tom butler
It's imperative that we input new strategies to combat mental health and suicide prevention in Shropshire. We need to reach people before they get to their lowest point and make sure they have access to services if they need them.

Story

I'm doing a 24hr challenge on the 7th of June starting at 1pm with a 6hr walk then 12hr cycle and then 6hr walk.

I'm doing this in memory of my brother Tom butler who sadly lost his battle with mental health and for everyone else who is suffering with their mental health.
