I will be completing the Island Walk for the second time. This is Jersey's toughest and largest charity event of the year and I will be raising funds for A de Gruchy's 2025 Charity Partner, Freeda.

FREEDA was formerly known as Jersey Women’s Refuge. Their mission is to protect and empower women and children who have experienced domestic abuse, so they can take control of their lives, enabling them to live free from fear, as well as to engage with and support our Island community to prevent such abuse.

The walk encompasses a circuit navigating the coast of Jersey - a total of 48 miles in one go. I must be mad to do it for a second time but please support me in this challenge and raising funds for such a worthy cause.
