Every child deserves to have a place to learn, play, grow and make friends designed around their needs. The few schools providing this are rarely accessible to people from all backgrounds. Often parents sacrifice their needs to be able to provide what their children need. We are working on changing that.

It’s often said "it takes a village to raise a child". Our Space to Be at Unitas Barnet Youth Zone, is our effort to create a modern village for people who want better opportunities for their children and the whole family to learn and grow together, really living our values. It's hard work and a lot of fun! What makes our offering special is its run entirely by member families volunteering and costs are deliberately low to ensure everyone can access it. That said, our space is beautifully designed for young people, the kids have access to specialist instructors in anything they ask for and our resources never feels scarce. Yes, we are attempting to live the dream and create a model others can benefit from. If you feel like helping us do that and want to make a donation it's very much appreciated.
