Story

This page is dedicated to the memory of Simon Bibby, who very sadly passed away on July 11 2023, following a battle with Glioblastoma - an aggressive form of brain brain tumour. He had just celebrated his 56th birthday a few days previously. The fast progress and virulent nature of this tumour has left all of us in his family and his many friends in deep shock. Very many people's lives were touched by Simon and we know he will be so dearly missed by so many people.

We celebrated Simon's rich life and said our last goodbyes on 24th July, and requested for donations to be made to The Brain Tumour Charity to ensure that research into these cancers can continue, and to support the many people affected by this awful disease.

The Brain Tumour Charity is the world's leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally. Committed to saving and improving lives, we're moving further, faster to help every single person affected by a brain tumour.

We're set on finding new treatments, offering the highest level of support and driving urgent change. And we're doing it right now. Because we understand that when you, or someone you love, is diagnosed with a brain tumour a cure really can't wait.
