Summer of Love - All Ages Conscious Dance Event

For one magical afternoon come and dance in a grade II listed theatre.

Doors open 3 - 7pm

All ages dance 4 – 4.30pm

Adults only dance 4.30 – 6pm

Activities for children 4.30 - 5.30pm

Break for children to eat 5.30pm

Decompress and socialise: 6 - 7pm

£15 adults

£7 under 16’s

20 minute Yoga classes: 3.10 and 3.30

Including a chill-out room, cool-down courtyard, veggie summer rolls/sushi, food for kids, rooibos chai, energy balls, home made chocolates and ceremonial grade cacao to open the heart.

Massages, yoga stretching, henna, face painting & glitter. Tie-dye station (bring white 100% cotton items), plus activities for children.

- Bring cash or card to donate for extras. Children welcome but must be supervised while in the building.-

* Tiratanaloka has helped 100s of women deepen their Buddhist practice to the point of ordination through friendship, Dharma study and Buddhist practice. But they've outgrown their building. They need help to raise money for a bigger, better Tiratanaloka so that many more can benefit from the inspiration that the Tiratanaloka team provides.
