2025 marks the 15th anniversary of Dementia Jersey. To celebrate this milestone and promote the ‘Boost your Brain’ campaign, I am going to run 10k every day for 15 days (27th Sept - 11th Oct) wearing the Brain mascot in the hope of raising £1,500 for this amazing charity. I will run 15 different routes around Jersey.

This charity is very close to my heart as my Mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s at the very young age of 57 and lived with this disease for 15 years until she passed in 2016. Seeing first hand the devastating effect this cruel disease has on people's lives has inspired me to raise awareness and do as much as I can to help make a difference.
