I'm sure many people already know Leo's journey last year. He fell seriously ill with bacterial meningitis, and then SJS/TENS which is a rare reaction to the medication that saved his life initially. After three stays in the pediatric intensive care unit, one coma and a three month stay on Paul Ward with extensive speech and physio therapy we are out the other side and would like to give back. Each and every staff member that cared for Leo was outstanding, thorough and caring. They helped him walk and talk again which at one point we were told wouldn't be possible!! We can't express our gratitude enough.
