Siobhan & Ciara's Camino Walk for Harper

Siobhan Farrell is raising money for Just4Children

Camino Walk for Harper · 27 May 2026

Just4Children are fundraising to provide therapy and specialist equipment for Harper to help this beautiful little boy take his first steps toward a brighter, happier future.

Story

On May 27th, Ciara and I will be walking the Camino for the first time — 101km over 5 days!

This is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, although for several years I wouldn’t have been physically able to manage it. Now I finally feel ready to give it a go — fingers crossed my dodgy knee holds up! 😊

It will be lovely mother-and-daughter time… unless, as Ciara says, she ends up having to carry me!

We’ve decided to use this challenge to raise funds for a very special little boy called Harper.

Harper is my daughter-in-law Amy’s nephew, and anyone who met him at Kaelan and Amy’s wedding last year will know just how adorable he is.

Harper was born with a rare genetic condition called Tuberous Sclerosis Complex, as well as epilepsy. These conditions make everyday milestones incredibly challenging.

The GoFundMe page helps fund vital therapies that are not adequately provided by the NHS. Harper and his mum Lauren, who is his sole carer, rely heavily on donations to continue these therapies.

Harper is almost 3 now and although he cannot yet walk or talk, he has already made amazing progress thanks to these therapies.

We would be so grateful if you’re able to donate even a small amount to help give him the best start in life.

Thank you so much for your support ❤️
