Hello all.

Myself and Paul have teamed up with the Bone Cancer Research Trust to help raise vital funds and awareness through a series of running challenges both here at home and abroad during 2026.

We completed our first challenge in January at the 10k Valencia Ibercaja by Kiprun (SPA).

Moving forward we will be participating in the following events:

Tralee Valentines 10mile Road Race, February (IRE)

Generali Prague Super Half Marathon, March (CZE)

Royal Sutton Fun Run, May (UK)

Saucony London 10k, July (UK)

Youghal Bay 10K, August (IRE)

Kerryman Dingle Half Marathon, September (IRE)

Oysho Cardiff Super Half Marathon, October (UK)
