Story
In November last year my friends little boy Harry, aged 3 was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
Meaning that right now Harry is undergoing intense chemotherapy at Liverpool’s Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.
Despite the many sleepovers and days in hospital, Harry is taking all of this is his stride like an absolute superhero!
Whilst in Alder Hey Harry has been given a Duck (teddy) that - like him has a central line in his tummy. This has really helped Harry, seeing that Duck is like him. They are therapy Teddy’s - Also known as Chemo Ducks. These ducks bring comfort to little ones across the country during a time of confusion and constant hospital visits.
Duck day 2023 is running from 2nd - 22nd April and so we would like to raise as much money as we can for this fantastic cause.
So that we can help amazing children going through chemotherapy just like our superhero friend Harry.
Please donate all that you can!!!
