On 10th September 2023 Elaine and I have decided to take on the challenge of ziplining between the iconic 35ft high Ilkley Moor boulders, and then embarking on a 50ft abseil down ‘the Cow’, all to raise money for local mental health services!

Mind is a cause close to both of our hearts. Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
