Story
I’m excited to share that in April 2026 I’ll be taking on the Brighton Marathon 🏃♂️
This will be the first marathon I’ve ever run, and I wanted to make it mean even more by raising money for Mind, an amazing UK charity that supports mental health.
Every year, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem. Mental health is a cause that’s very close to my heart. During my teenage years, I experienced first-hand how challenging mental health struggles can be, and how important it is to have understanding, support and somewhere to turn. That’s why charities like Mind are so vital.
Mind believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. They'll listen, give you support and advice, and fight your corner.
Mind provides vital support to people experiencing mental health problems through advice lines, local services, campaigns and advocacy. They work tirelessly to ensure that no one has to face a mental health problem alone — helping people access support, understand their rights, challenge stigma, and push for better mental health care across the UK. Their work truly changes lives.
Training for my first marathon will be a huge personal challenge, but knowing I’m running to support such an important cause will keep me going every step of the way.
If you’re able to donate, share or send some encouragement, I’d be incredibly grateful. Thank you so much for all your support! ⭐️
Diolch yn fawr iawn!
