Mental Health is such an important topic and one that is close to my heart. 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health challenge in their lifetime.

Given the wonderful work and services Mind charity provides, the team at Show Business Interiors will be taking on the challenge to raise as much money possible by taking on a 55km/34mile hike across the Sandstone Trail in 24 hours.

The money raised will help achieve Mind’s goal, to ensure every mental health service provider makes sure their services are accessible and inclusive to all.
