Sisk Charity Bike Ride 2026 – Brighton Bound!
In June 2026, a group of us from Sisk will be getting on our bikes (some more willingly than others) and taking on a two-day charity ride to Brighton — all in support of an incredible cause.
Over 100km of riding, a few “unexpected” hills, and plenty of questionable decisions later, we’ll be aiming to reach the south coast in one piece… or at least mostly intact.
Training has been mixed so far:
Some of the team are fully prepared and already smashing miles
Others (naming no names…) are relying on optimism, stubbornness, and snacks
But whatever condition we arrive in, we’re all committed to finishing together and raising as much money as possible along the way.
Why We’re Doing It
We’re raising money for Evelina Children’s Hospital, which provides life‑changing care for children and young people when they need it most.
The work they do makes an enormous difference to families going through incredibly difficult times, and we’re proud to be supporting them through this challenge.
The Challenge
This is not a casual cycle:
- Two days in the saddle
- Over 100km covered
- Hills that seem to appear out of nowhere
- And a team dynamic that involves equal parts support and relentless banter
There will be highs, lows, and at least one point where someone seriously considers getting in the support van…
What Your Donation Means
By donating, you’re not just supporting a fantastic cause — you’re also:
- Helping push us through every mile (especially the uphill ones)
- Giving us a reason not to quit
- And ultimately contributing to something far more important than the ride itself
Please Support Us
Any donation, big or small, is hugely appreciated.
We’ll be sharing updates (and probably a few embarrassing moments) along the way, so you can follow our progress… and our suffering.
Thanks for your support — now we just need to survive it!
