SISTERS WITH BLISTERS WALK 50KM ALONG THE SW COAST PATH
It’s hard to put into words the horror happening in Gaza right now, as most of the world turns the other way and starvation and bombs ravage a population of mostly mothers and young children. It’s easy to feel helpless, and mostly we are, until the international community stands up to genocide. But in the small way we *can* help, Sisters with Blisters are going to walk 50km along the SW Coast Path this September to fundraise for an amazing charity on the ground in Gaza. Two of us are even going to camp along the way- and if that isn’t worth supporting with a few quid then I don’t know what is!
The Gaza Soup Kitchen has been running since early 2024, stirring up Soup, not Conflict. Started by Mahmoud Almadhouni in Gaza and his brother Hani in the US, they now feed 3000 people a day. Hani and Mahmoud’s brother Majid and his wife and 4 children killed by a bomb in 2024. The Gaza Soup Kitchen also run a small local school for kids, medical clinics and water distribution points. Please give, and give generously. We can’t stop the bombs (unfortunately) but we can show we care.
