St John Ambulance Isle of Man is a volunteer-led health and first aid registered charity. We step forward in the moments that matter, playing a vital role in the heart of the island’s community by saving lives and keeping vulnerable members of our community safe.

Story

The Parish Walk is something that runs in the family and why not this year try and raise some money for something that is also a big part of my life whilst I am doing something that I enjoy.

Anyone who knows me knows that SJA has been a huge part of my life for about 10 years. I now teach children aged 10-18 and assist with an adult unit, as well as covering some amazing duties all across the island, the most recent being FC Isle of Man matches where we have made such an impression we have been named the Ravenettes!

There have been a lot of changes recently and sadly some very important losses of some colleagues. I would like to raise some money to go towards improving the education provided and upgrade some equipment so that we can work along side the Isle of Man Ambulance Service in as many ways as possible.

Anything you can help with, even encouragement on the day would be very much appreciated :) Thank you
