Virtual Walk to Lilongwe - Rights Respecting School Project

Compelled by Christ’s love, we help people in the world’s poorest places to lift themselves out of poverty, work together to protect our common home, and help people recover from disaster.

Story

Our goal is to cover a virtual line straight from St Joseph's College, to Lilongwe, the capital of Malawi. 9,000 km! In only one month. This challenge will begin 1st Sept and end on the 30th September.

During this project we want to be active, personalise challenges, raise money for SCIAF who helps people in the world’s poorest places to lift themselves out of poverty, work together to protect our common home, and help people recover from disaster.

SCIAF works in partnership with local and church organisations, supporting communities across Africa, Asia and Latin America, to bring about lasting change.

They put pressure on governments to care for the planet and create a fairer, more peaceful world.

A better world is possible. SCIAF upholds the Children's Rights Charter and the rights of adults across the world. Join us in our walk to Lilongwe!
