Coast to Coast Walk · 13 June 2023

Saving species from extinction is a complicated puzzle. There's no quick fix. Now more than ever, wildlife veterinary experts are crucial to help control disease & understand how diseases are transmitted. WVI train and support frontline staff in veterinary medicine so wildlife survives & thrives.

Story

Woof Woof ! Thank you, for helping me fundraise for my epic Coast to Coast Challenge for my favourite Wildlife Conservation Charity, Wildlife Vets International.

A bit about me from my family.. ..Skylo is a handsome 5 year old boy who is loving, smart, loyal and always up for a walk. He's a huge part of our family".. seriously their words..woof woof!

I became a Wildlife Warrior during lockdown in February 2021... like many families, there was a lot more opportunities for extra dog walks with our humans! Together we did our 1st virtual wildlife warrior challenge to raise vital funds for WVI an awesome charity.(check out their website..)

They train vets to help regulate disease, that in turn will help restore some balance to our planet. We (the beloved pets) need our humans to look after our world on our behalf or there will be nowhere left for us to roam safely together.

The Coast to Coast walk starts at St Bees and takes in 3 national parks within the UK - the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors.

I'm walking 190 miles (306km) with my Dad, Nick... although I do get very excited on my walks so I'II probably double this distance racing back and fourth. An experience that will allow me and my human bestie to take time out to connect with our natural world.

The training is a lot of fun, but already with its challenges, with a split claw & recently serious dental injuries... but the spirits are high and with your support it will all be worth it. P.s I am very well looked after!!

Please donate what you can..woof, woof you awesome humans.
