Sam (Elliott) or Sam The Man, our beautiful smiley boy, sadly passed away in Stepping Hill Hospital, after a short illness on 1.10.23.

We would like to raise money in his memory for the Children’s Treehouse Unit at Stepping Hill Hospital and for Swanbourne Garden’s Respite Centre which Sam accessed on a regular basis.

The centre helps and supports children with Complex Care and Palliative Care needs.

It means that children with life limiting illnesses can make the most of trips out, new activities and experiences e.g trips to the cinema, farms, parks, theatre’s etc.

Sam loved all his outings with the Swanbourne staff.
