The Paul Fosh team will be joining the V3 Group's first ever 'Sleep Out' Event in aid of Llamau at the iconic Cardiff City Football Stadium.

The Cause

Llamau is a charity that provides vital support to homeless young people and vulnerable women in Wales. From emergency accommodation and advice services to long-term housing solutions, they're working tirelessly to break the cycle of homelessness and help people rebuild their lives. By donating to our sleepout, you're directly supporting their incredible work.

The Experience

The night will be tough. We'll face the cold, the discomfort, and the constant reminder of the challenges faced by people without a permanent home. But it's a small sacrifice compared to the hardships endured by countless individuals every night. Our goal is to raise awareness of the issue and inspire others to take action.

• £6 - Could buy essential toiletries for a woman and her family moving into a domestic abuse refuge, helping them to feel clean and comfortable in unfamiliar surroundings.

• £16 - Could buy learning materials for a young person to achieve accreditations and improve their employability, providing them with skills and confidence to apply for work and gain independence.

• £25 - Could pay for a mum to attend a You and Me, Mum session, supporting a victim of domestic abuse to develop relationships with her children and strategies for keeping her family safe.
