This isn’t just a challenge for me — it’s a way to help a charity that’s close to my heart. The Sikh Helpline takes thousands of calls every year from people facing abuse, mental health struggles, racism, domestic violence, and more.

It’s a lifeline for so many, and it’s entirely funded by this annual ride. With the cost of living rising, the demand for support is growing — and the Helpline needs our help more than ever.
