Story
From Nottingham to Cardiff, we're putting one foot in front of the other for a cause that matters.
At 8am on 30th June, teams from 16 sites will begin an epic relay challenge, collectively walking 160 miles in 48 hours to support the incredible work of Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM).
Each site will take on a 10-mile leg, passing the challenge from team to team as we journey from Nottingham to Cardiff, finishing at 8am on 2nd July. Every mile walked represents our commitment to raising awareness of mental health, challenging stigma, and supporting those who may be struggling.
Please support us by donating, sharing our challenge, and cheering our teams on as we walk together to make a difference.
160 miles. 16 teams. 48 hours. One vital cause. 💚

As part of Stonegate Group, I am supporting the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) who are taking a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling rubbish, standing up to stereotypes, and standing together to show life is always worth living.
125 lives are lost every week to suicide. Suicide is now the leading cause of death for people aged 15-39, and men under the age of 50 in the UK. CALM exists to change this.
CALM do it by provoking conversation, running life-saving services, and bringing people together so they reject living miserably, get help when they need it and don't die by suicide.
