Here at smart we will be taking on a month long fitness challenge of running, walking, swimming and cycling. There will be two teams battling it out for the win, just to really keep the friendly competition going.

We will be posting on our social medias throughout the month to keep you all updated.

Whilst of course this is fun for the company to be involved in, our goal is to raise as much money as we can for friends of wisdom hospice. They're our charity of the year and are the ONLY adult hospice for the areas of Medway and Swale. The specialist palliative care service, provided by Medway Community Healthcare and partially funded by The Friends, offers a multi-disciplinary approach; providing care at Home, on the Ward or in Hospital.

Did you know that for each £25 you raise you could help fund an amazing hospice nurse for an hour or that £100 could help pay for a home visit by one of the hospices community team. Together we really could help make a difference.
