The Sheffield office of SMH Group are entering a team in the Sheffield Business 5s in memory of Stephen Burns who passed away from Motor Neurone Disease in July 2016, leaving behind a loving wife and 2 young sons. I have got together a group of lads from SMH Group's Sheffield office and am dusting off my boots less than a month away from my 42nd birthday to try and conquer the 5-a-side world. The Business 5s is a 5-a-side football competion that takes place in several cities across the UK. The winners from each heat take place in a national final, with the winners deciding who the funds raised from the completion are donated to. Alongside this, we are raising our own funds in Stephen's memory, to be donated to the MND Association, who helped him so much during his illness.
