Just over a year ago, my friend and colleague Matt Westgate's wife Sarah had the horrendous diagnosis of stage 4 bowel cancer. Fortunately after a lot of treatment she is in remission and doing well with the support of her fabulous family.

But fund raising doesn't stop there, and this year for the Leicester 10k which I have entered again, I want to try and raise £1000 for their chosen charity, which is the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity.
