I'm committing to run 1k for every Premier League goal scored during the 2025/2026 season. For example, if 34 goals are scored in a game week, I have until the next game week to complete 34k.

As someone who has never ran regularly and hasn't been in great shape since my late 20s, this challenge is both daunting and exhilarating. Now at the age of 40, I am holding myself accountable for this season-long endeavour while raising funds for an incredibly worthy cause.

Every step I take is not just about personal achievement; it’s about contributing to a cause that is fighting against hunger in the UK. People are being pushed to the brink with living costs at an all time high and finding themselves in constant survival mode.

A target of £4,446 might seem a little random but when you take an average weekly shop for a family of 4, you're looking at £117. I'm hoping we can aim for that across 38 game weeks meaning you've helped feed a family every week throughout the season.
