RACE FOR £25K for PCUK

Snap-on Tools has a long-standing charity partnership with Prostate Cancer UK.

As a brand deeply connected to industries traditionally dominated by men, Snap-on knows how important it is to break down barriers and get people talking about men's health.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men. 1 in 8 men will get it, and if you're Black, your risk is double.

We're standing together with Prostate Cancer UK to support our dads, brothers, partners and friends — raising awareness and fundraising to help save lives.

TWO CARS. FIVE DAYS. £25,000 TO RAISE.

We've set ourselves a pretty big challenge.

We've bought two cars for under £1,000 each and we're sending them on the road for 5 days, travelling through 5 countries and completing 16 checkpoints — all in the pursuit of raising £25,000 for Prostate Cancer UK.

And, of course, there's a little competition involved...

The cars will race against each other — but it's not about who reaches the finish line first.

Sourced in the centre of Leicester, faded champagne paint with tan interior this head turner may have a service now light on that we can’t seem to clear but with only a ‘handful’ of owners since new and only 104,000 miles on the clock, she’s ready for anything, will it make the journey? Possibly, but we know what won’t… The gearstick, it might kind of come off in your hand every time you change gear.

If this team hit a problem with a puncture that’s no issue as for some reason when we checked the boot it came with a full-size 5th spare wheel, not a space saver and whole alloy. Either the previous owner was well prepared or had some serious issues with a wheel, there’s only one way to find out and that’s a massive road trip with a car full of the snap-on team!
