Solace is a fantastic charity that exists to end harm done through gender based violence. Solace has an inclusive definition of women including trans women and non-binary people. Their aim is to work to prevent violence and abuse as well as providing services to meet the individual needs of survivors. Their work is holistic and empowering, working alongside survivors to achieve independent lives free from abuse.

I'm so proud to be (attempting) to run this half-marathon in support of Solace and am so grateful for any pennies you may be able to spare.
