It’s World Mental Health Day on the 10th of October and the Mental Health Foundation has a brand new challenge at the Olympic Park in Stratford - abseiling down the Orbit Tower! 

On the 7th of October, I will be free-fall abseiling down the ArcelorMittal Orbit, 80m above ground 😅

Mental health is something that affects everyone, by taking on this challenge any money raised will go towards supporting the Mental Health Foundation to do vital research and develop solutions to improve prevention and treatment to help us create a world where good mental health is a reality for all 💚
