I'm excited to announce that I'm running the Bognor 10k on the 18th May to help raise money for Sage House.

Across West Sussex there are 17,000 people living with dementia and this is expected to increase as the population ages - leaving more people in desperate need of support.

Sage House is transforming the way that local people with dementia are cared for. The first of its kind in the UK, we bring a full range of dementia services into one specialist hub - Sage House in Tangmere, West Sussex. We provide seamless support from pre-diagnosis through to latter stages of dementia and post bereavement support.

My French grandma is also starting to suffer from dementia and if she was in the UK, she would hugely benefit from such an amazing organisation as Sage House.
