I’m racing my first ever sprint plus triathlon which involves A 800m swim, a 40km bike ride and a 8km run!! This will be the furthest triathlon I have completed annd this time I’m competing on my own. Training has made me realise how difficult it is going to be!! But I can’t wait and I am especially excited to be support the wonderful charity Alzheimer’s research UK so any donations will be greatly appreciated!! Thank you very much!! 🧡🧡💜💜
